Completing the last two executed projects (Akyem at $billion and Amoma at $60 million) on time and under budget resulted from effective change management.

Overall Change Control is concerned with:

1. Influencing the factors which create changes to ensure that changes are beneficial,
2. Determine that a change has occurred, and
3. Managing the actual changes when and as they occur.
